First Visit
Our onboarding procedure takes place over the first two visits. At the initial consultation, our doctor will take postural scans and photos when you come in and discuss the problem that brought you to the practice. We take a detailed medical history before conducting an in-depth physical exam with orthopaedic, neurological tests and a biostructural exam to determine the root cause of your issue.
Following Dr. Kylie’s evaluation, she will ascertain the suitability of chiropractic care for your condition and determine whether X-rays are required. If necessary, she will make the appropriate referral for X-rays to an external facility.
The Report of Findings
On the second visit, you will receive our report of findings, which details what we found, what may have caused the problem, what we can do to correct it, how long it will take, and the total cost of care. Dr Kylie will also answer any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
Financial Matters
We know the cost of care can be an issue, and we believe in being transparent about our fees.
